1. Pizza and Spirit Day is THIS Thurs. and Fri! Invite your students to participate in celebrating collaboration by dressing in something that represents a way they collaborate: sports jersey, girl scout outfit, etc.
2. Exhibition is on Tues. 4/8, and Thurs 4/10. More details will come soon J
3. We will be making the core 4/5 area available to project groups on Wednesday, April 2nd from 9am-4pm. This is a student work day where groups can spend time together finishing their set, practicing their performance, and finishing costume plans. Please know that while we will be on campus, we request that groups bring adult supervision to support them. This is not an opportunity to drop your student off on campus for the day. With that being said, if your student and his/her group plan to attend, please let us know no later than Tuesday, April 1st.
4. Rita is also planning a work day for this Saturday, for students in charge of painting roman roads. Please look for an e-mail from her for more info.
5. Students are beginning to plan for their Exhibition costumes! While some students already have a clear plan and resources at home, some of us do not have extra resources available to use as costumes J If you have any costumes/materials that might work for our Ancient Roman performances, we would love to borrow them! Our goal is to create a bank of costumes/costume materials, so M/Th and T/F can share, instead of needing to re-create 85 togas and tunics J I’ve found some websites below that provide how-tos and lists of materials needed:

*any props that might resemble weapons need to be fake, and should be managed in a way that ensures everyone’s safety. Our campus-wide No Contact Rule still stands for Exhibition performances J
Thanks so much, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
